Change of Mind:
- Exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
- Proof of purchase and a valid reason for exchange are required.
- The product must be:
- In resalable condition.
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of placing the order.
Note: Outerlayer reserves the right to deny exchanges based on change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products:
- If the product is faulty or damaged, exchanges are allowed.
- Proof of purchase and photos of the damage must be provided.
- Exchanges will be made with the original product(s), not different products.
- The customer must send the item back via a courier of their choosing.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
